• Deploying automated spam scripts, denial-of-service tools, or crawling infrastructure against our servers.

4. Limitation of Liability

RandChat provides a neutral communication transport utility. Conversations are generated in real-time by third-party online users. We are not responsible for off-platform interactions or any damages resulting from reliance on stranger communications.
